in California, it is possible for me to get a copy of my partner identification for banking and insurance?
my partner is in prison. before being arrested were in the process of achieving joint bank accounts and live together. now her best friend is carrying out the identification hostage and I need to get your added to my bank account. i politely asked for a copy of her best friend, but have not yet received a response. I really think that the best "friend" is just jealous, but hey, that's another story. wanted to know if there is another way to get a copy or I'm fucked up that my partner is free?
